Do You Know What AWZSE is??

PA Drivers are being warned to slow down or pay up as work zone speed cameras in Pennsylvania are  in effect across highways in the Keystone State.
The implementation of Automated Work Zone Speed Enforcement (AWZSE) program comes after months of a pilot program ended.

Drivers going 11 mph or more over the speed limit will get a warning for a first offense. They will then be fined $75 for a second violation and $150 for subsequent violations.

Car-Lotta reminds you- Slow Down or PAY UP!!!

How Are You Dealing WIth COVID-19?

Car-Lotta Car Sales  prides itself on the relationships it has built with its customers and the communities in which we do business. As news continues to develop regarding the spread of the COVID-19 virus, otherwise known as coronavirus, we would like to take this opportunity to assure you that we are mindful of your health, safety and welfare concerns during this challenging time.

We continue to closely monitor this situation and the recommendations of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. While our dealerships are cleaned daily, we are also implementing supplemental procedures to deal with this situation. Prevention begins with the recommendations of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention for hand-washing, of covering one’s mouth and nose when sneezing or coughing and avoiding contact with people who display symptoms. We have also asked our team to temporarily refrain from shaking hands, doing high-fives or fist bumps.

Of course, we offer a wide array of online options for our customers where they can do everything from  request a  service appointment to submitting credit applications and selecting inventory and make your payment. We would invite you to visit
www.carlottacredit.com  which will enable you to contact any one of our locations.

Our thoughts go out to anyone who may be affected by the coronavirus. This situation is changing rapidly and we will continue to monitor events as they occur. Thank you again for your continued business.

Did You Spring Ahead??

Less sleep, more daylight. We’ll miss that hour in bed, but many will gladly make the exchange for the promise of the warmer, brighter days. There’s just the pesky matter of all those clock changes. Millions of us  will scramble around the house to sync the microwave clock to the oven, and the alarm clock.

Daylight saving time has gotten easier since the smartphone has replaced so many wristwatches  access the internet. In vehicles, GPS-linked navigation systems often change the time automatically in the same way. Of course, most folks have a clock in their car that not only needs adjusting manually but is often the most complicated function in the entire car.

Each car clock and stereo seems to possess its own set of frustrating  directions. Newer vehicles  - especially those with flashy computer consoles - will change their clocks automatically. But for those with   older models, you will have to change it yourself . If you’re like most,  it’ll be weeks before you give in and adjust your dashboard clock.

How Often Do You Service Your Vehicle?

Does Your Vehicle Need Service ????

As a vehicle owner it is vitally important that you are carrying out regular maintenance on your vehicle. Without proper maintenance, your vehicle will be a lot more likely to be prone to more serious problems in the future that could lead to you being greatly out of pocket.

By performing routine maintenance on your vehicle, it will  reduce the risk of serious problems occurring in the future as well as improving the driving quality of your vehicle. Many vehicle owners fail to perform the necessary vehicle maintenance tasks that are so important due to ignorance, lack of awareness or even laziness.

Car maintenance is not a difficult task for most drivers. Even drivers with limited motor knowledge are able to perform maintenance tasks such as checking your tire pressures, changing the oil, and checking other engine fluids in your vehicle. If some of these maintenance tasks make you a bit uneasy, then you can check the vehicle handbook that comes with every vehicle for advice, or even ask someone with a bit more knowledge for assistance. It is crucial that in one way or another, you are carrying out regular maintenance.

Car-Lotta reminds you to stay on top of routine maintenance!
