Trying to Go Green Around the House?
Did you know that you can drastically reduce the amount of heat buildup inside your home by planting shade trees to throw shade on your house and for areas to sit under to block the sun's intense rays. Adding perennials and vines that will cover hot walls of your home will help shelter your home from the sun's rays.
Planting and caring for a garden is a great way to get out into the great outdoors (and help you get your daily exercise ). Plant things like cantaloupes and watermelons so you'll have a juicy, refreshing treat for those hot days.

The summer heat can become unbearable. As the summer sun begins to get hotter and hotter, you are probably looking for ways to keep cool.
Why not take a swim?
There's nothing that cools you off better than a dip in the cool water.
